电动蝶阀的分类 :

1、电动对夹式蝶阀,适用于温度≤80~120℃如食品、化工、石油、电力、轻纺、造纸等给排水、气体管道上作调节流量和截流介质的作用。

2、电动软密封蝶阀,适合内衬,不仅阀座可衬,蝶板亦可衬,做卫生级阀门更能达到不污染介质的效果,是普通球阀不可达到的可塑造性。

3、电动硬密封蝶阀,采用堆焊硬质合金或不锈钢,使得密封面强度高、硬度好、耐磨损,可连续启闭60000次以上而无损伤。

4、电动法兰蝶阀,由于本产品蝶阀采用的是三维偏心原理设计,使密封面的空间运动轨迹达到理想化,密封面相互之间无磨擦、无干涉、加之密封材料选择得当,从而使蝶阀的密封性、耐腐蚀性、耐高温性和耐磨性等得到了可靠的保证。

5、电动调节蝶阀,电动调节蝶阀以220V AC电源为动力,接受0~10V或4~20mA标准信号,驱使阀门开度与此操作信号相对应,达到调节介质压力、流量、温度之目的,结构简单,操作方便。阀板为椭圆斜关结构,泄漏量小。适用于大口径、大流量场合。由于有自清洗作用,所以特别适用于通风系统和含有悬浮颗粒介质的调节。

电动衬胶蝶阀,适合在淡水,海水,盐类,弱碱,弱酸,天然气,空气,蒸汽,油类,食品等介质中使用。

5. Electric regulating butterfly valve, powered by 220V AC power supply, accepts 0-10V or 4-20mA standard signal, which drives the valve opening corresponding to this operation signal, thus achieving the purpose of regulating medium pressure, flow and temperature, with simple structure and convenient operation.
