电动高压调节阀主要特点:

1.本系列产品采用完合拆装式结构,操作力距小,阀腔内件(包括阀座、阀芯、节流组件、密封件等)均可从并阀腔取出,维护保养十分方便,阀体不需从管道上割下,可长期使用。

2.阀芯为柱塞体平衡式结构,操作力距小,调节灵敏高。

3.节流组件由多孔板集流式节流环与套筒式节流套组成,且配以均流罩,因此具有小流量高压差无气蚀、大流量、调节性能好,流体排出梳流无噪音的综合特性,完全满足了高压差等苛刻工况的要求,有效地实现了高温、高压差流体的流量调节控制,可调性好,调节精度高。

DE LOCKE洛克电动高压调节阀,由PSL系列或者DE LOCKE系列直行程电动执行机构和高压调节阀体组成。电动笼式高压调节阀是针对调节阀在高压或高压差、有严重汽蚀、冲蚀的严酷工况条件下寿命短、阀杆易断裂、衬套易脱落严重问题研制开发的产品。电动高压调节阀采用笼式节流形式来分摊压差,减少了气蚀、冲蚀、挠流破坏,大大提高了调节阀的使用寿命,特别是用在尿素系统中比普通高压阀寿命提高2-3倍。

电动执行机构为一体化结构,内有伺服放大器,输入控制信号(4~20mADC或1~5VDC)及电源即可控制阀门开度,达到对压力、流量、液位、温度等工参数的调节。阀体为直通式,阀芯为单导向结构,阀体流路简单,阻力小,电动高压调节阀特别适用于高粘度,含有悬浮物和颗粒状介质流体的调节,可避免结焦、粘结、堵塞。电动高压调节阀整体具有动作灵敏、连线简单、流量大、体积小、调节精度高等特点。

The electric high pressure regulating valve imported from Germany is composed of PSL series or de lock series straight stroke electric actuator and high pressure regulating valve body. Electric cage type high-pressure control valve is developed to solve the problems of short service life, easy fracture of valve stem and easy falling off of bushing under the severe conditions of high pressure or high pressure difference, serious cavitation and erosion. The electric high-pressure control valve adopts the form of cage throttling to share the pressure difference, which reduces cavitation, erosion and torsion damage, and greatly improves the service life of the control valve, especially in the urea system, which is 2-3 times longer than the ordinary high-pressure valve.
The electric actuator is an integrated structure with servo amplifier. The valve opening can be controlled by inputting the control signal (4 ~ 20mADC or 1 ~ 5VDC) and power supply to achieve the adjustment of pressure, flow, liquid level, temperature and other parameters. The valve body is straight through type, and the valve core is single guide structure. The valve body has simple flow path and small resistance. The electric high-pressure regulating valve is especially suitable for the regulation of fluid with high viscosity, suspended solids and granular medium, which can avoid coking, sticking and blocking. The electric high pressure regulating valve has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large flow, small volume and high regulation precision.
