洛克《DE LOCKE》电动保温调节阀—Electric Insulation control valve,采用智能一体化电装,采用带夹套保温的阀体,适用于需要保温的易凝固结晶的介质的压力,温度,流量的调节。当工艺介质的结晶温度低于环境温度或流体温度降低,造成粘度增加或流体出现凝固时,这时在阀体和上阀盖处增设蒸汽保温夹套装置,使工艺介质满足过程控制的需要。电动保温调节阀阀芯采用上导向结构,阀结构紧凑,有呈S流线型的通道,使其压降损失小,流量大,可调范围广,流量特性精度高,符合IEC534-2-1976标准。电动保温调节阀配以3810系列(PSL系列)电子式电动执行器及低流阻调节阀阀体组成,电动执行机构为一体化结构,内有伺服放大器,输入控制信号(4-20mADC或1-5VDC)及电源即可控制阀门开度,达到对压力、流量、液位、温度等工参数的调节。电动保温调节阀的泄漏量符合ANSI B16.104标准。

The electric insulation control valve imported from German Rockwell "de Locke" adopts intelligent integrated electric device and valve body with jacket insulation, which is suitable for adjusting the pressure, temperature and flow of the medium that needs insulation and is easy to solidify and crystallize. When the crystallization temperature of the process medium is lower than the ambient temperature or the temperature of the fluid decreases, resulting in the increase of viscosity or the solidification of the fluid, a steam insulation jacket device is added at the valve body and the upper valve cover to make the process medium meet the needs of process control. The valve core of the electric thermal insulation control valve adopts the upper guide structure, the valve structure is compact, and there is a s-streamline channel, so that the pressure drop loss is small, the flow rate is large, the adjustable range is wide, and the flow characteristic accuracy is high, which meets the iec534-2-1976 standard. The imported electric insulation control valve is composed of 3810 series (PSL Series) electronic electric actuator and low flow resistance control valve body. The electric actuator is an integrated structure with servo amplifier. The valve opening can be controlled by inputting control signal (4-20madc or 1-5vdc) and power supply to achieve the adjustment of pressure, flow, liquid level, temperature and other parameters. The leakage of electric insulation control valve meets the ANSI b16.104 standard.
